Gift wrapping and packaging
All fragile items will come boxed or sufficiently cushioned to protect during transit.
Self stick bubble wrap, packing peanuts and sometimes plastic bags are used in packaging to ensure protection of fragile items. Kindly contact me should you require eco friendly packaging but I cannot guarantee super fragile items will be well protected using these materials.
Shipping Instructions
Please double check that the shipping address provided in the sale transaction is indeed the correct shipping address. I am not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address if that is what is indicated in the order details. If a package is returned to me for this reason you must pay the new shipping fees. If a package is forwarded it voids the estimated shipping time provided at time of sale.
Refunds
Please note that if you are not satisfied with the item, the item must be returned to me IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN NEW CONDITION SHIPPED AT YOUR EXPENSE to qualify for a refund. I must receive the items before refund is executed.
Damage In Transit
In the unfortunate event a package arrives damaged:
1. take a picture of the damage to the shipping box BEFORE OPENING THE BOX.
2. Once the box is opened TAKE A PICTURE OF THE CONTENTS WHILE STILL UNTOUCHED INSIDE THE BOX.
3. At this point you can unwrap the item and take a picture of its damaged condition.
4. Immediately email me these images so I may file a claim with the shipping entity.
DO NOT THROW THE ITEM, PACKAGING OR BOX AWAY IN CASE THEY WANT IT RETURNED TO ME. I will advise you what to do next once I hear from the shipping entity.
Shipping Details
The primary shipper I use is USPS, either First Class Mail or priority 3 day for domestic (within USA) with tracking; priority with tracking internationally where permitted.
I will track your packages and if requested, I will send you notifications as to their status and upon delivery. I will provide you with any delivery details I am given (i.e. location or who accepted package.) If you did not receive your package despite tracking indicating delivery you will have to contact your local post office directly.
To avoid a package being returned to me, please pay the customs fees as soon as possible.
